Eloras Harvest

Eloras Harvest is a wine we strive to create differently each and every year, always changing however, always popular. This wine is a delicious blend of apples, raspberries, cranberries and black currants. The resulting wine is soft and delicate with just enough crisp acidity to pair with light fair. Dry (0-1), 12% alc./vol. The perfect Garden Party wine.

Trio

One of our most popular wines. A blend of Raspberries, Cranberries, and Black Currants create this off dry (3), 13%alc./vol. wine with Raspberry fruit in the nose and crisp acidity. Possibly the best wine we have ever tasted with turkey or other poultries. One of our top sellers! Double gold winner at the All Canadian Wine Championships!

Eden

Semi-sweet (4), 13.3% alc. vol. A delicious blend of our very own Strawberries and Rhubarb. This wine has big summer flavours and a balancing acidity. The perfect wine in the hot summer under a shady tree.   We like it served well chilled or over ice.

Mac Meade- Sold Out

Multiple gold medals awarded & one of our best sellers A sparkling wine made of fresh picked fall Macintosh apples and a blend of the softest of honeys. Medium sweet (4) with good acidity this wine pairs well with soft cheeses and smoked salmon. 9% alc/vol

Madrigal Meade -Sold Out

Awarded “Best Canadian Fruit Wine” in the “All Canadian Wine Championships” in 2010 and again in 2020!  This wine is similar to our Mac Meade however, spicier and slightly dryer. Madrigal Meade is a sparkling wine made with apples and a blend of honeys, the wine is then spiced with a collection of spices with a rich history of use as aphrodisiacs. This is the Drink of Love! Pairs well with Thai salad rolls, cheeses, smoked salmon, and especially pumpkin pie. Medium sweet (4), 12% alc./vol.

Wild Blueberry Cider - Sold Out

At a whopping 10%, this cider is full of taste. Made of fresh picked wild blueberries, and delicious fall apples. Bold blueberry from start to finish. One of our top picks on the patio.

Crabapple & Pear Cider

Looking for an any time crowd pleaser?  Our Crabapple Pear Cider offers just that with a blend of Dolgo Crabapples and Bosch Pears.  Almost dry, very aromatic, this cider pairs well with near any BBQ or pub type fare. Light, crisp, and balanced.  A great cider to have on hand for near any occasion. 8% alc./vol.

Iced Cider

Gold Medal Winner (All Canadian Wine Championships) This wine is very sweet (22), 12% alc./vol.. The intense apple character is derived from freezing the crushed apples in the cold of Canadian winter. By removing most of the water (as ice) from the apples we are left with all the natural sugars and balancing acidity. Pair with fresh fruits, fruit flans and pastries.

Smokin' Apple

Our famous Iced Cider with our signature blend of spices (Assorted  Chilli Peppers, Red, White and Green Peppercorns). Use as a light glaze in cooking or in the pan with onion and mushrooms, a great addition to salad dressings or... well, whatever else you can think of.

For all you Smokin' Apple fans out there... Our Smokin' Blue is making its debut.  Blueberry Ice and a wicked spice of Chilli, Cinnamon and Lemon zest make this a must.  Serve well chilled.

Evans Black Currant Port

Gold Medal Winner (All Canadian Wine Championships) A Fruit Port...? Absolutely! Full of fresh Black Currants, everything about this wine is massive. Sweet (10), with balancing, mouth-watering acidity, 18%alc./vol. This wine pairs well with any strong cheeses, or by itself following a meal. An excellent wine to put down for many years (10+ years). Served at room temperature this wine will remain drinkable for many months once opened.

Decadent honey on honey.  Strong and bold, a celebration of the honey bee.  A careful blend of meades selected over the last 25 years!  Sweet with an aromatic spice.  Amazing!
