Gold Medal Winner (All Canadian Wine Championships) This wine is very sweet (22), 12% alc./vol.. The intense apple character is derived from freezing the crushed apples in the cold of winter (below -20 degrees C), By removing most of the water (as ice) from the apples we are left with all the natural sugars and balancing acidity. Pair with fresh fruits, fruit flans and pastries.
